structlenscap.com (LLC, registration code 17798699, EDRPOU) offers electric scooter and e-bike rentals in Kyiv, Ukraine. All prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH), include all applicable taxes, and fully match the prices advertised on this website. There are no hidden costs.
Rental Rates
Hourly rental rates are displayed at the moment of booking and before any order is placed. The advertised hourly price is the final price per started rental hour and includes all taxes and mandatory charges. Any promotional pricing is clearly labelled with its validity period.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required before the start of a rental. The deposit amount is communicated before booking confirmation. The deposit is returned in full after the vehicle is returned on time, undamaged, and charged as required.
Battery / Fuel and Return Condition
Vehicles must be returned in the condition stated in the Terms of Service. If a vehicle is returned with a depleted battery below the required level, a recharging service fee may apply. This fee is disclosed at checkout before payment.
Late Return Fees
If a vehicle is returned later than the booked rental period, each additional started hour is charged at the standard hourly rate up to the daily maximum, as set out in the Terms of Service.
Damage and Loss Charges
Damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle or its accessories is charged according to a price list provided in the Terms of Service and confirmed before any charge is applied. Charges are limited to documented repair or replacement costs.
Distance Contracts and Cancellation
Rental bookings made online are distance contracts governed by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” of 20.10.2022 No. 2695-IX (new redaction). Pre-contractual information, the total price, and cancellation/refund terms are stated before checkout, and the confirmation email repeats the full price breakdown.
Complaints
Consumers have the right to judicial protection under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 2695-IX. Written complaints may be sent to contact@structlenscap.com; we respond within the statutory period. Out-of-court disputes may be addressed to the State Consumer Service (Derzhprodspozhivsluzhba).
