Every station is open daily 09:00–20:00 with a staff member on site. Each e-bike and e-scooter is inspected every morning before it joins the fleet, so you pick up a machine that is charged, checked, and ready to ride.

Every station is staffed during opening hours, keeps a refundable deposit desk, and hands out helmets free. Anchors below match the numbered pins on the homepage map.

Renters must be 18 or older with photo ID. Our 250W e-bikes require no driver's license in Ukraine.

Age and safety requirements

18+ with photo ID

Renters must be 18 or older with photo ID. Bring a passport or national ID card to any staffed station; our team verifies it in under two minutes and returns it immediately.

No license needed

Our 250W e-bikes require no driver's license in Ukraine. Just sign the rental agreement, leave the refundable deposit details, and ride.

Helmets included

A helmet is included free with every rental. Ukrainian law requires helmets for e-scooter riders under 18; we ask all riders to wear one.
