Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how structlenscap.com LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use structlenscap.com to book e-scooter and e-bike rentals in Ukraine. This policy is provided in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

2. What Data We Collect

Booking details: name, rental dates, selected vehicle, booking reference.
Contact information: email address and phone number provided before placing an order.
Approximate location data, collected only with your consent to enable location-related features such as finding nearby pickup points.
Payment confirmation data (we do not store full card numbers).

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process personal data to conclude and perform rental agreements, communicate with you about bookings, handle complaints and refunds, and comply with legal obligations, including the Law of Ukraine «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI and the Law of Ukraine «Про захист прав споживачів» від 20.10.2022 № 2695-IX (нова редакція). Location data is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us.

4. Storage and Retention

Personal data is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised personnel. Booking records are retained for the period required by Ukrainian law; consent-based data is deleted upon withdrawal of consent. We notify the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights of personal data processing where such notification is required by law.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to: know about the processing of your personal data; access and receive a copy of your data; request correction or deletion of inaccurate or unlawfully processed data; object to processing; and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email contact@structlenscap.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and seek judicial protection under the Law of Ukraine «Про захист прав споживачів» № 2695-IX (право на судовий захист, порядок пред'явлення претензій).

6. Sharing of Data

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the rental service (e.g. payment processors) and with public authorities where required by Ukrainian law.

7. Language Notice

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» від 25.04.2019 № 2704-IX, стаття 30, consumer information about our services is available in Ukrainian; this English version is provided as a supplement for international visitors.
