Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to e-scooter and e-bike rentals booked via structlenscap.com. It is disclosed before booking confirmation under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 2695-IX (new redaction) and Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII, Article 13.

Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the rental start time — full refund.
• Cancellation within 24 hours before start — 50% of the booking price is charged.
• No-show or cancellation after the start time — no refund.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Security deposits are released within 3 business days after the vehicle is returned undamaged and charged per the fuel/battery policy.
• If a vehicle is unavailable due to our fault, you receive a full refund or an equivalent replacement.

Written complaints: contact@structlenscap.com. You have the right to judicial protection and may contact the State Consumer Service (Derzhprodspozhivsluzhba) for out-of-court disputes (Law No. 2695-IX).
