Deposit: 500 UAH refundable, returned at drop-off.
A helmet is included free with every rental.
Renters must be 18 or older with photo ID. Our 250W e-bikes require no driver's license in Ukraine.
Full charge takes 4 hours; every battery leaves our stations at 100%.

04 — Fees and policies

Every fee, stated upfront

No hidden charges at return. Here is the complete list of what can appear on your bill, and when.

Refundable deposit

500 UAH

Held on your card at pickup and released in full when the vehicle comes back on time and undamaged. Typically refunded within 3 business days.

Late return

60 UAH/hr

Charged per hour or part of an hour past your booked return time, up to the daily rate cap. Message us in advance and we will extend your rental at the standard rate instead.

Damage excess cap

3,000 UAH

The maximum you can ever pay for accidental damage. Anything beyond normal wear is assessed against this cap, never above it.

Cancellation

Free

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup slot. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is retained; cancellations for weather or illness are always refunded.

Age and license: Renters must be 18 or older with photo ID. Our 250W e-bikes require no driver's license in Ukraine.

Helmets: A helmet is included free with every rental. Ukrainian law requires helmets for e-scooter riders under 18; we ask all riders to wear one.

02 — What is included

Every rental comes fully equipped

No add-ons, no surprise line items. The helmet, lock, phone mount and route map are part of the base rate from 90 UAH/hr, and the 500 UAH deposit is fully refundable.
