Terms of Service (Offer)
These Terms govern the rental of e-scooters and e-bikes via structlenscap.com, operated by structlenscap.com LLC, 12 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Office 45, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine, EDRPOU 17798699, email contact@structlenscap.com, phone +380 677 259 5000. They are concluded under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' dated 20.10.2022 No. 2695-IX (new redaction) and the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015 No. 675-VIII, Article 13.
1. Rental Requirements
Riders must be 18 years or older and hold a valid identity document. A valid driving licence category A1 or higher is required where applicable under Ukrainian law.
2. Pricing, Deposit and Payment
All prices are shown in UAH and include applicable taxes. A refundable security deposit is charged before release of the vehicle and returned after return, subject to deductions under these Terms. Payment is made online or on pickup; the full price is always disclosed before booking confirmation.
3. Battery / Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a minimum 80% battery charge and must be returned with at least 20%. A recharge fee applies otherwise. Petrol models must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup; a refuelling surcharge applies per visible gauge difference.
4. Late Return and Damage Fees
Late returns are charged per started hour up to the daily rate. Damage, loss, or theft is charged at actual repair or replacement cost. An insurance excess may apply per the rental agreement shown at checkout.
5. Traffic Rules and Prohibited Conduct
Riders must comply with the Road Traffic Rules of Ukraine (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 10.10.2001 No. 1306), including 2025 amendments on personal electric mobility devices (KORSE): ride only where permitted, observe speed limits, respect age restrictions, and use required protective equipment. Riding under the influence, carrying passengers beyond design capacity, use on motorways, and subletting are strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
The provider is liable for foreseeable direct damages caused by its breach. Riders are liable for traffic and parking fines incurred during the rental period. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the rental start. Cancellations within 24 hours are refunded at 50%. No-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
8. Complaints and Judicial Protection
Consumers have the right to judicial protection under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 2695-IX. Written complaints may be sent to contact@structlenscap.com; we respond within 30 days. Out-of-court disputes may be addressed to the State Consumer Service (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. A Ukrainian-language version of these Terms and booking information is available; per the Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language' dated 25.04.2019 No. 2704-IX, Article 30, consumer information about services in Ukraine is available in Ukrainian.
